To My Dearest Mother
You are the light that guides my path,
The one who always makes me laugh.
Through thick and thin, you’re always there,
Showing me how much you care.
You teach me grace and how to be strong,
To hold my head up and carry on.
Your wisdom and selflessness inspire,
Your kindness and love never tire.
Thank you for the sacrifices you’ve made,
For all the love and care you’ve displayed.
You’re more than a mother, you’re my best friend,
With you, my heart will always mend.
A Mother’s Love

An unwavering bond that will endure.
Her gentle touch and tender embrace,
Is a haven of warmth and endless grace.

Her love is a light that will always lure.
Through every trial and tribulation,
Her love is a steady source of inspiration.
Her unwavering strength and endless care,
Will never falter, but always bear.
A mother’s love is a gift from above,
One that we cherish with endless love.
Mom, My Angel
Mom, you’re my angel, sent from heaven above,
A guiding light and endless source of love.
With your wisdom and grace, you teach me right,
Showing me how to face life’s endless fight.
You’ve been my rock, my shining star,
Guiding me through darkness and taking me far.
Your boundless love and endless care,
Are the qualities that make you rare.
I am blessed to have you as my mother,
It’s a bond that will never falter or wither.
With you by my side, I know I can conquer all,
You’re not just a mother, you’re my all!

A Love That Grew: A Daughter’s Tribute to Her Mother
As I sit and think about the woman I call my mother,
Tears start to well up in my eyes because of all she’s endured and done to keep me from harm and injury.
The one who’s been my teacher, my friend, my supporter,
Through thick and thin, the one who’s never left my side.
From the time I was a little girl, she’s been there to tuck me in,
Kiss and hug me till I slept with a grin.
The one who sat and held me when I had to face bullies,
Who picked me up, dusted me off, and told me not to worry.
Growing up, she’d wipe away tears that had rolled down my cheeks,
In moments of trial and tribulation, she’d just give me a sweet look.
She laughed with me when I was filled with joy,
Encouraged me when I was stuck with doubts and uncertainties.
I remember the many moments when I needed her love,
Her strength, her wisdom, her never-failing support.
When I got my first rejection, she was there to dry my tears,
She told me “one day, it’ll be different,” and to keep trying through the years.
Through the teenage years, when I thought I knew it all,
My mother stood by me, still guiding my life’s dance call.
When I entered into adulthood, and emotions ran high,
she was always there to comfort me and always there to ask why.
When I called to tell her I was engaged to be married,
Her eyes sparkled with joy, and she said it was the best news she’d carried.
I’ll never forget that day, the day she told me she had stage three cancer,
My knees hit the ground, and I prayed for God to make it easier.
She fought her battle fiercely and without any regret,
Never losing her spark, her humor, her wit.
She’s been through so much more than any one person should have to bear,
But she fought every step of the way without one single despair.
This poem, this tribute to her, is just the least I can do,
To thank her for her love and sacrifice, something I could never outdo.
So Mom, if you’re reading this from way up high,
I just wanted to tell you, “Thank you,” and to give you a good bye.
My love for you, will never fade and will always remain,
You’re the one I’ll always look up to and be proud to have the same last name.
