True Love

Author: Corbyn Thompson

A gentle brush of his fingers threw my hair,
Sending shivers down my spine that I can’t compare.
In the love I see in his eyes,
Is a love that equals mine.
He greets me with a smile that unforgettable,
And leaves me with a kiss that melts my heart.
If he were to ever leave me,
I couldn’t imagine what I’d miss.
Maybe it’s his touch,
Or the way that we kiss.
But whatever it is,
I’m head over heels,
And only true loves can feel this.
