Mahogany tree, tall and grand,
In the forest, you do stand.
Wood so rich and deep in hue,
Mahogany, strong and true.
In your shade, the world’s at rest,
Mahogany, nature’s best.
Majestic wood in morning’s light,
Mahogany, pure delight.

Mahogany in forest deep,
In your presence, shadows sleep.
Wood that tells of ages past,
Mahogany, everlast.
In your grain, the world’s own story,
Mahogany, nature’s glory.
Forest’s heart in wood so fine,
Mahogany, nature’s sign.

Mahogany with leaves so green,
In your branches, life is seen.
Wood that stands the test of time,
Mahogany, nature’s rhyme.
In your strength, the world does find,
Mahogany, heart aligned.
Enduring grace in wood so pure,
Mahogany, nature’s cure.

A mahogany tree, so strong and stout,
I thought I’d climb it, without doubt.
But halfway up, the bark did crack,
And down I went, flat on my back.
The tree just stood, with silent grace,
While I lay there, a red-faced case.
I tried again, with rope and gear,
But squirrels laughed and jeered so near.
I slipped and slid, with every try,
The mahogany stood, up to the sky.
Now I just admire from the ground,
That mighty tree, so tall and proud.

I built a treehouse, high and neat,
In a mahogany, what a feat.
But every time I climbed the rope,
The branches swayed, and down I’d slope.
The squirrels took over, claimed the spot,
My treehouse dreams were all for naught.
They held a party, nuts and more,
While I watched from the forest floor.
I joined the fun, with squirrels so keen,
My treehouse dreams, a playful scene.
Now every day, I climb up slow,
To join the squirrels in their show.
Mahogany tree, so full of cheer,
With friends so close, always near.

In forests deep where shadows fall,
The mahogany tree stands tall.
With wood so rich and grain so fine,
It graces the earth, nature’s design.
The mahogany, a symbol of the strong,
Stands through ages, enduring long.
In every ring, a story’s told,
Of time’s embrace, of winters cold.
Through seasons’ turn and years’ sweet yield,
The mahogany’s legacy is sealed.
A testament to nature’s hand,
The mahogany stands, grand.
